Kalani ROCKS!! Whether you use it to practice jembe or just Dance it is amazing!! The rhythms play for a significant time so as a beginner or advanced drummer you can practice your technique! I have VCR tapes of Kalani and can tell you that kalani is a wonderful and gifted musician and teacher.

Kalani rocks! In response to your inquiry CD Baby yes I received my CD within 5 days. Thank you very much! I had this CD before, but I cannot remember who borrowed it to practice with and never got it back. So this was a great investment among the other Kalani Music and Kalani products this gifted beautiful musician created. I love his music, spirit and energy. You feel it in his music, his words, his books and I can go on and on. He's a great teacher overall to many of us. Namaste and Hari Om, Dee LaBorte
