Since I began playing the viola as a child, music's compelling and transformative power captured me and shaped my life. My deep life-long connection to nature and spirituality and my interest in integrating otherwise varied influences make me a unique musician and holistic healer.

My passion is to share the beauty and power of music with others and to teach people how to participate in their own healing process using music as a tool.

My bio:
Karen Olson combines her background as a professional violist, Reiki master and holistic healer, offering various programs that connect people to the body, mind and spirit experience. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree from The Julliard School, a Master's Degree from Yale University and a Ph.D from New York University . Karen is a member of the New York Pops and has performed music throughout the world. She is a recording artist, a certified Theta Healing practitioner and teacher, and a HealthRhythms graduate.
