Karen Olson is an internationally recognized violist, recording artist, composer and healer. She combines her unique background as a musician, Reiki master, and intuitive holistic healer, by providing interactive, fun and inspiring concerts and programs. Her performances have been described as “…ethereal and expressive beyond words. Karen’s music has been called “jazzical”: classically oriented jazz fusion that has New Age and World Music influences. She holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree from The Juilliard School, a Master’s Degree from Yale University and a Ph.D. from New York University and she is a certified practitioner and teacher in several healing modalities including Theta Healing. Karen performs for audiences all over the world, is a member of the New York Pops and has performed with the likes of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Sammy Davis Jr. and Liza Minnelli.
