Album Notes

At first sight there is something surprising in encountering two such different instruments as the cello and the accordion yoked together in musical partnership, the one associated with a smooth, mellow, lyrical, singing tone and the other with the sharply accented rhythms of the circus, the cabaret and the dance floor.
