Karmyn exhibits a masterful mix of abandonment to the artistry and an off the cliff drive to her music that does more than draw you in.  This artist propels you into a smokin' hot aural experience!  I listened to this CD from end to end, without one single disappointing second.  Frankly, I was having a ho hum day, but her music lifted me to emotional exuberance.  One of the few CD's I've heard in the last year that I felt is a must have.

Let this songstress take you on a memorable musical journey through the 30’s and 40’s and you’ll find yourself wanting to embark again and again.  From the soulful “Summertime”, to the sublime “When You Wish Upon A Star”; from the fiery “Big Time”, all the way to the mellifluous “Wait And See”. . .my CD player is on repeat mode when this CD is playing!  I truly believe you will feel the same way when you listen.  As if her charismatic vocal charms weren’t enough, Ms. Tyler has also teamed with and put on display her perfect musical compliment in Chris Meeks, a masterful and amazing arranger, whose musical genius here serves as the consummate frame for Ms. Tyler’s consistently flawless delivery.  Together, they convincingly provide the listener passionate and elegant musical portraits of a simpler time, gone, but not to be forgotten.
