These recordings feature commanding grand piano solo performances consisting of spontaneous improvisations of popular 20th Century compositions. All 15 pieces were captured in complete first takes in a single night using high quality equipment. Although this is Ken's debut solo album, he has performed regularly for many years with diverse groups playing everything from Jazz and Latin to country, Rock and Roll and variety music. Having grown up and studied music in the New York City area he has made his home in the beautiful Colorado Mountains in Summit County near world class ski areas. As a busy performing artist and practicing neuropsychologist he has only recently found time to produce this inspiring album which showcases this sensitive and articulate pianist.
