Album Notes

Katbite is a duo comprised of Jeroen van de Zeeuw (drums and percussion) and New Zealander Kat Leese, who sings and plays piano and guitar. This is singer/songwriter music with a bite. She bites back at the world, irritating people, the destruction of the world and other things that people want to kick back at. You can expect to encounter strong song-lines, complicated and sometimes impossible rhythms, but still get the urge to start dancing. Katbite has performed 250 gigs, including the Langweiligkeit Festival, Kaderock, Paard van Troje, Melkweg, Rotown, Atlantis and a tour of 20 gigs in New Zealand.

"Imaginary Things" is a lot different to the previous two Katbite albums. Three of the four songs are piano-based, and the overall sound is a lot more transparent
