As an upcoming force on the women's folk scene, kate and meredith recently appeared in the November independent music issue of "Girlfriends" Magazine in "Secrets of the Indie Dyke Divas" alongside Ember Swift, Doria Roberts, and Kris Delmhorst- doning the label "Musicians surviving outside of the mainstream." Their unique sound has landed them on two compilations: The Columbus Alive Local Music Meltdown, 2001 and they will appear on the upcoming "Cd Baby Top Sellers 2002 Compilation"; they are also making appearances on the folk festival circuit, beginning with the Ohio Lesbian Festival, 2001, where they were featured
artists.
