Lullabies for Grownups – The Moon is slightly longer than an hour and designed so that each song leads gently to the next and the last song leads back into the first. This album was composed in the summer of 2008 in picturesque Bozeman, Montana on a Regent baby grand piano in my studio, with the cycle of our moon in the gorgeous Montana sky to keep me company.
Recorded on a Yamaha C-6, 6’11” Concert Grand, at Peak Recording and Sound, with the watchful and patient, Gil Stober’s ready smile and support. I am grateful for his skilled engineering and expert ears.
