I like listening to Kate as a balance to when I'm not listening to Slipknot or Marilyn Manson...  You think that I'm kidding - I assure you that I'm not.  I probably hold the distinction of the being the only person to ever temporarily house "Nobody, Too" in the case for "Antichrist Superstar".

After the first few listens of this album, I have to admit that I got the feeling that Kate's best works may be behind her.  However, I find myself unable to qualify that feeling...  All in all, I think that this is a strong entry into the Kate Morrissey catalog - and it seems to get stronger every time I hear it.  I sometimes skip 'Messy', 'Nagasaki' (although I like the remix), and the final track, but the rest are all really good.  I would have to say, though, that the single best track on this album is 'Stay'. - It's worth the price of admission all by itself.  If you've ever lost someone that you love, then I can't imagine that you won't be fighting back tears when Kate breaks into the chorus. - You'll know it when you hear it; gets me every time.

In short, the fact that Kate Morrissey isn't a household name is a crime against humanity.  Buy this CD.
