December 2005 marks the release of Kathy's new CD "Above Water." It represents a sound adventure unlike anything you have every heard before: soothing, mysterious, ethereal, and spiritual. Kathy recorded the main vocal tracks into the side of a million gallon water tank, taking advantage of the incredible natural reverb generated by the airspace in the tank. The songs are elegant in their chant-like simplicity, while layered with nuance and unexpected pleasures that give a depth and haunting beauty that will stick with you forever.

What a unique and beautiful CD.

The music on this CD is hauntingly beautiful. Unlike any other I've heard. It has a dreamy flow that comes from the echoes and the nature sounds just add another dimention. Kathy's lovely voice is perfectly matched with the reverb and her simple songs stay with you long after the music stops.
