Katya is an experienced singer/songwriter & vocal teacher. She has been performing publicly for approx 20 years and teaching for 10 of those years. She is also a professional session vocalist for television & radio. Some of her works include; Manix Air, Huggies, Getaway, Kids movie “Jungle Girl" channel Nine production, Perfect Match, Better Homes & Gardens & 2GB Radio.

In addition to writing her own music and recording her own demo "Wild" Katya has also performed over the years with many well known artists such as; Reba MacIntyre, Barry Manilow and Cliff Richard.

Katya studied singing for 6 years with Operatic Singer Janice Light who performed with the Sydney Opera Company.Her compelling & commanding voice has enabled her to work with many other musicians & Singers such as; David Holmes professional Guitarist and Dave Moise from Air Supply.

Katya has a profound passion for music and a unique understanding of the power music has in communication. She has performed in many various venues from local clubs & Hotels to The Adelaide & Sydney Entertainment Centre. To top it all off, Katya has appeared & sang solo performances on many Live & Studio Album Recordings in Sydney.

With an impressive vocal range, Katya is known within her local music scene as a unique singer/songwriter with a natural passion that comes out in her voice “one that gives you goose bumps”. She has many vocal abilities yet her main one is her innate ability to adapt her voice to any style. She excels & delivers a professional performance in both the studio environment and on stage.

Katya's passion for music is what drives her to succeed in the entertainment industry and is the reason why she has created her own business Little Lyrics. With the inspiration of two year old son,Katya has first hand experience of what appeals to the minds of the young audience.
