It's hard to ignore the quality of composition and production
author: Richard Mink (DMA Magazine Dec '02/ Jan '03 Issue)
[...] In developing Turningheadz as his own vehicle, this former resident of coastal Germany (now living in NYC) has created the delivery channel he's dreamed of. We should be glad he did. The selections on this disc combine influential doses of house, trance and drum'n'bass with a surprising array of well-placed acoustics and vocals. [...] it's hard to ignore and not respect the quality of composition and production he's put into this release. A CD that is truly global
author: Darryl "Awesome" Owens
This avid musician has combined D'n'B, House and Trance sounds and has mixed them with vocals and real musical instruments to create a CD that is truly global. The music is in the mind of Kayro, but can be easily mind altering once you experience the melodic vibes that he has created in his home studio. [...] Impressions Collector is for the minds that are willing to be manipulated and for those who want to experience sounds and styles that Kayro has locked up in his nod. It's been a long time since I experienced an album as innovative as this one. All songs were written produced, arranged, and performed by Kayro. On track 6 Jann Klose leads the title track with vocals the mirror Sting. This album is full of moods that translate into expressions on what Kayro is made up of and how he can convert from his hands to your mind.
