THE MUSIC
The Kevin Beadles Band provides a rock 'n' roll soundtrack for unreleased Western movies. The sound is big, open and lyrical. Strains of Cracker, Whiskeytown, Neil Young, and the Cowboy Junkies echo through their rootsy rock terrain. The songs are inhabited by a unlikely mix of characters whose stories are joined at a moment of transformation-that interval when a decision is made, an emotion discovered, or a life upended. These first-person narratives combine wry humor and bittersweet irony with meticulously crafted arrangements to reveal a different take on life and music. Listening to the songs collectively, a creed emerges: A promise to which the listener is witness.

THE BAND
The Kevin Beadles Band is a rootsy American rock band based in Berkeley, CA. The band recently completed work on a four EP series, the Modoc Street Sessions (now available as a full-length CD). Since their June 2000 debut, the band has performed regularly throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The quality of their live show has led to repeat bookings wherever they've appeared.
