Album Notes

For Nearly 30 years, West Monroe, Louisiana native Kenny Bill Stinson has been enthralled in the world of music and with his debut album, he fulfills his lifelong dream of making an album that is true to his heart. Stinson's appropriately entitled debut "Inspiration" lends to all of the different styles that have influenced him throughout the years, and should be considered essential for anyone that loves the best that the past 50 years of recorded music has offered.
Stinson, a true music lover, has been influenced by the best that the music world has offered throughout the years, and whether it's the primal rockabilly fron the 50's, the 60's British invasion, or the distinctive sounds of the bayou, he has always had a unique way of combining styles in a way that takes the best aspects of each genre and creates a sound all his own.

Saw Kenny at 20098 Jazz Fest in New Orleans. Saw him; loved his music; bought the CD. He has some of the greatest lines in song that I've ever heard and just loved his music.

This album covers so many diferent styles of music. It has The Beatles all over it but has an incredably broad base. I was extremely impressed with this album. I have heard his stuff before but was blown away by this one. Gook work Mr. Stinson.

Great first CD, but his live selections are even better

Kenny Bill Stinson's first CD, Inspiration, is worth the price (purchased from CD Baby, a great place to shop!) However, after we heard his group, the ARK-LA Mystics, in concert in Lowell, Mass. this summer, we realized that his first CD doesn't begin to cover his talent. We'd like to see a second CD with many of the selections from his live show in Mass. on it! Maybe even a third CD, but one step at a time! Great tunes from a great performer! We need more!
