Album Notes

Kyle Dillard is the former worship leader for Elevate, the middle school ministry at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, IL, and the current worship and arts director for Lake Forest Community Church in Huntersville, NC. The church band is...well...the Church band. So why did we name the album "Eleven"?

Why not? But it's more than the number stuck in between 10 and 12, the transitional middle child of single digits and the teens. It's how we play our music for the King. Cranked up past 10 to full blast. Our loudest for the Highest. We're just 'the church band.' Regular people who volunteer to play and sing to the King. Most of us will never sign with a label or go on tour because of our amazing talents. Still, this band shows up week after week. Sometimes with kids in tow, or after a long week at work or school, to offer up our gifts to the God who loves it when we worship Him. We're a lot like the band at your church, I'll bet. All over the globe, folks like us gather together every week, singing, playing, laughing, and growing together. These are some of the songs we play together, ones that encourage us to sing and play loudly with all our hearts to the One who deserves our all. Hope these songs will inspire you the same way.
