Katherine Dines is a songwriter, a recording and teaching artist, and a keynote presenter who performs throughout the world. Her acclaimed Hunk-Ta-Bunk-Ta® Music recordings (11 cd’s) have garnered numerous awards from such prestigious organizations as: Parents’ Choice, National Parenting Publications, Coaltion for Quality Children’s Media, Children’s Music Web, Dr. Toy, The Wolf Trap Institute, and two of her songs have been Grammy nominated.
Katherine involves and captivates audiences of all ages and sizes with original songs and chants, creative movement, stories, humor, multi-cultural instruments, sign language, zany props and drama, She also presents educational workshops for students; in-service workshops for parents and teachers, and keynote addresses that demonstrate new methods of integrating music and arts into curriculum.
An advocate for early childhood and literacy, Katherine serves on several boards, and is active with many arts councils throughout the US, Young Audiences (CO), the Kennedy Center’s Imagination Celebration, The Wolf Trap Institute (VA), and the US Dept of Defense. She is also the spokesperson for Music Rewards Fundraising, a company that raises money for education through the sales of music.
Currently, she is writing for a number of clients expanding the Hunk-Ta-Bunk-Ta® Music line into books, toys, television and other educational material.

Invigorating and toetapping melodies!
