Playing guitar and writing songs since the age of 10, Americus, Georgia native Keith Austin knows how to entertain - everything from the back of a flat-bed truck to a packed coliseum.

Having traveled the world for the past nine years as lead guitarist for the legendary Dr. Hook, he has stepped out on his own to let his creativity shine. "Rabbit Branch Road" is written, co-written and co-produced by Keith along with the Keith Austin Band, a group of seasoned musicians from Dr. Hook, Messenger, and the Georgia Mud Band. Keith wrote two songs for the newest Dr. Hook album that both have charted in Europe.

He has also played onstage with Eric Clapton in VH1's "Save the Children" special. Plans are in the works for a spring tour of England, Canada and Sweden where Keith has developed quite a following working with and opening for Dr. Hook. Once you hear his distinctive vocal style and guitar you won't ever wonder whether it's Keith Austin or not - you'll know!
