Mormonics - covered here by Dave Nauenburg (vocals) and Frank Zappia (piano)- in it's original form was a lively and upbeat song written and performed by Keith John Felice in the context of a band. When we heard it, we decided to cover Mormonics with a somber, darker and more desperate feel by bringing in just voice and piano to amplify the message in the lyrics of this powerful song that represents the impact that can come from racial vilification and the seeking out of equality.
