The Bulletproof Heart Album is the first released by the Sixers (SK, BFact, Kit & Cookie Dough) and you always keep a warm place in your heart for your first. The record was made in the fall of 2003 and comes together in the 4-guys-in-a-rock-band way. Other then Gordon Stone's pedal steel on three tracks, there are no special guests on the record and the albums that were refrenced while making it mostly came from the 1970's. The other key element on the album is the featuring of all three vocalists in the group. Kit's middle chocalate, SK's busted baritone and Factor's reedy top vocal make the bitter laments a little more bitter and the love songs a little more love filled. No Frills for the Bulletproof Heart.

I am not a music expert but I know what I like and I like Stephen Kellogg. My favorite track is the second song “You’ve Changed”. He holds his own with groups like LifeHouse and Train.
