A young veteran of the rock 'n' roll wars, singer / guitarist Kelly Fairchild has long been a leading proponent of '70s-styled rock, taking his musical cues from the likes of Sweet, Kiss, Cheap Trick and the Ramones.

The sound is a powerful mix of straight-ahead rock mixed with roaring riffs, fun harmonies and as one fan describes… "more hooks than a Japanese fishing boat".

Since it's 2007 debut, STARLAND has received accolades from around the globe. The lead-off single "Pam Anderson" is currently receiving rotation in 5 Canadian markets along with numerous other Canadian, US, and International song features. Pam Anderson's management has been contacted and currently has the song in review for considerations.

The powerful buzz around 'STARLAND' landed the group performances at the Juno Awards (Canada's version of the Grammys) weekend, 'CrueFest Hollywood'; an exclusive, invitation only event featuring rising rock artists from around the world, and the International Pop Festival; which tours major US cities and the UK, highlighting the best new pop groups of today.

With the debut CD 'STARLAND', Kelly Fairchild is re-introducing all rock music fans young and old, to the FUN, the PARTY, and the SHOW that is Rock N' Roll.
