Female Vocalist: Teresa Wright a.k.a. Reesy Wright

Teresa Wright was born in Miami, Florida. She was surrounded by musicians on her mother and father’s side of the family. She grew up loving music, math and science. She attended gifted classes in school and academics came naturally for her.
She was placed in dance and choir at church and fell in love with live musicianship, harmony and overall music composition.
She performed with a group called “Sincere”, performed with the stepteam, cheerleading and chorus.
It was no surprise to everyone when Reesy recorded her first song her senior year.

“Teresa emerged as an independ artist a.k.a. Reesy Wright. I ventured into modeling and acting and participated in a short film and a play. I have learned that the entertainment world is not always what it seems. I continued my education by obtaining an Associate Degree in Medicine and started attending the University of Miami the spring of 2009. At that point I realized that persuing music was worth the headache and not medicine.”

“I am deeply honored to work on this Haiti Project. This whole experience has taught me to live every moment like the last. My heart goes out to the earthquake victims in Haiti and I hope this project helps. I keep God first and try to stay positive in all aspects of my life. Hopefully, one day, time will align with my destiny and Haiti will rebuild with dignity and honor.”

Much Love to Haiti,

Teresa Wright
