Album Notes

Minuet To A Fiddler is a fiddle tune in two parts. It is a waltz in two part harmony and very lyrical in style. It is played with a most graceful feel by the Nova Scotia quartet, Cy's Clan. The album of the same name was inspired by the 21 year old Cape Breton Fiddler, Tara Lynne Touesnard, who was studying classical violin at Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia at the time of its release.
