KENNETH WILSON AND THE KENNETH WILSON CHORALE

Kenneth Wilson made his debut over twenty seven years ago as a writer with his number one selling hit song titled “Prepare To Meet Him” recorded by the late Rev. James Cleveland and the Southern California Choir selling over 500,000 records, also recorded by Kenneth Wilson and the Greater Grace Temple Celestial Voices of Detroit, MI. He is an accomplished writer, keyboardist, director, producer, publisher, minister of the gospel and businessman, who is now making an awesome, new impact within gospel music.

Ken’s new CD project is titled “Lifestyles of Worship.” Kenneth Wilson and the Kenneth Wilson Chorale a local yet nationally known music group through their TV program Late Night Praise & Worship formerly aired nationwide on cable TV for over 8 years. Ken won the Bobby Jones Gospel Diamond Festival three years in a row for most outstanding gospel music TV production, which was also nominated for a Cable ACE Award. Their new CD project “Lifestyles of Worship” is sure to take them to their next level in gospel music.

Ken, whose roots are in Detroit, MI, was inspired to write music by his mother the late Orpha Wilson and the late Bishop David L. Ellis, pastor of Greater Grace Temple where he was raised and recorded his first LP titled Prepare to Meet Him in 1979.

Dr. Kenneth Wilson is President and CEO of Wilson Capital, Inc. and the founder and president of the International Christian Music Ministry, Inc., a Michigan non-profit organization.

Ken is now experiencing yet another level of music ministry as he is now becoming one of the most fruitful and anointed songwriters of our time, producing over 100 new gospel songs ready for any Sunday morning praise and worship service.
