Album Notes

tv knows her, now it’s your turn. indie artist, keren deberg, has had her songs featured on such hits as mtv's "the hills" & "laguna beach" as well as nbc's "scrubs" & many more. her upcoming release "overwhelmed" is a tale of growth & discovery from her debut “gone”. her distinct voice & songs are pop gems that haunt you after one listen.

a true indie artist, keren started her own label in 2003 for sole purpose of putting out her music. keren’s debut album “gone” was released in 2004 and had songs featured on nbc’s scrubs”, the wb’s “everwood” and “jack and bobby and mtv’s “laguna beach”. keren also made “gone” available in millions of general motors cars around the country. “gone” was digitally preloaded in the dashboards of select gm cars as part of the digital mobile media package, powered by phatnoise. This self-starter with a pink guitar and stilettos, tirelessly supported her debut with all the opportunities as well as a borders books and music tour of the west coast.

keren’s sophomore full length, “overwhelmed” is slated for a fall release. she recently allowed an upcoming track to be featured on mtv’s “the hills” to start momentum. keren is also a big believer in change. her blue locks are gone and a wiser and craftier songwriter has emerged. “overwhelmed” is a 14-month journey of favors and late nights, free and close to nothing studio time and loads of airplane tickets back and forth from l.a. to nyc. a true thumbprint of her changes in her life. as she loves to say “change you’re hair…change your life”.
