BIO
Unfazed by a series of movements that all but discount the revolutionary spirit of rock, Kervin, a four-piece outfit from Queens, New York, is passionately re-injecting originality, relevance, and a rawness of sound and message into the genre. Drawing from a range of influences that include Indian music, grunge and punk rock, political poetry, hip-hop, and metal, Kervin produces socially aware, driving, and hypnotic songs that attack the issues of leadership hypocrisy and citizen indifference. In doing so, they have created a distinctive rock sound, blending infectious rhythms with the intensity of bands such as Rage Against the Machine and Fugazi.
