This song is personal. It's about a family member and their trip through the winding road of Alzheimer's, and the subsequent loss that is felt by all.
It's about my Aunt with whom I used to spend my summers. Camping, going to the beach, going to the lake, exploring... you name it, we did it.
I learned a lot from her. And when she didn't know who I was, it hurt.
One day when I was just humming along to myself, this theme popped into my head. It literally wrote itself.
Sometimes, I think the Universe just decides the time is right to get something out there.
So I did.

I hope this song makes you laugh, cry, think, reminisce... feel.
