Kevin Lux does it again

I have been a Kevin Lux fan for several years. I ordered one of his earlier cd's and ended up ordering his entire catalog. This self-titled cd is an excellent addition to his body of work. I particularly enjoyed the use of textures and vocals. At various points, I lost track of listening to Kevin and my thoughts turned to Kraftwerk. Not intended as a slight to Kevin...his work reminds me of what I enjoy about Kraftwerk but goes a step further. I would recommend this cd to anyone who enjoys electronic music.

Machines from an alternative planet. Upbeat and otherworldly.

Ultra cool music. First I went to an alternative planet of a race of machines. Introductions are made while personalities and characteristics are expressed thru sound and rhythms. Then follows their stories and finally, their history. Always upbeat but otherworldly this CD took me into a world that will no longer be inanimate or cold. This was my experience with the music. I am a UFO about says it all.
