"Rolling The Dice" has garnered glowing reviews world-wide - including “Blues Album of the Year” at the 2005 Quebec Lys Blues Awards.

Produced by Canadian blues legend Jack de Keyzer, the seven-member band (including a 3-piece saxophone section) was recorded live off the floor by Alec Fraser at his famed Liquid Toronto studio. The CD features thirteen great swingin' and drivin' blues tunes - eleven of which are Kevin Mark originals.

A few special guests were on hand for this recording: Blues Hall-Of-Famer Michael Fonfara (Downchild Blues Band, Janis Joplin, Lou Reed) takes the piano seat throughout. The sweet sultry vocals of Linda Fraraccio are showcased on "Let's Do It Again", while Montreal bluesman Laurier Gagnon lends his solid guitar playing to 4 tracks.

I love this album. The sound of saxs in blues is amazing and this is something different than always just guitar. The other thing is that this is very seldom that you can have so many hits on one album. Congradulations M. Mark i am your fan number one.

ROLLING THE DICE is worth serious attention for the first track alone!  “So Blue Without You” is one truly catchy number…and if you can resist the temptation to play the first song over and over again and move on the other tracks, you’ll be pleased to find that the great songs don’t end!  Blues Revue Magazine got it right - “Every cut's a winner."  To top it off, Kevin Mark and his band are smokin’ and their strong sense of musicianship is displayed throughout the CD.
