Album Notes

Kevin Spirtas' new one-man show was captured live in a benefit concert at the El Portal Theater, in front of a full house. Kevin, who gained fame as Dr. Craig Wesley on Days Of Our Lives, also stood by for Hugh Jackman in The Boy From Oz, and is currently in Las Vegas co-starring in Hairspray. The show is a wonderful tour through the highpoints of his career, and includes such great songs as Night and Day, I've Never Been In Love Before, a Movie Musical Medley, a Mega-Musical Medley, Sometimes A Day Goes By, Somewhere, I Can Do That, Les Days (Of Our Lives), All I Care About Is Love and many others. The highpoint of the show is when Kevin finally gets to "go on" in The Boy From Oz, and it features the great Peter Allen songs Everything Old Is New Again, Not The Boy Next Door, Once Before I Go, Rio, and more. With a thrilling voice and a great sense of humor, Kevin Spirtas knocks the show out of the ballpark.
