When Key decided to record his next album he was in the mood to explore the psychedelic twist to his music. He looked for a studio open to experimenting and taking chances.
Key found it basically in his backyard at a friend's studio out across the desert plains outside of Santa Fe NM. There is magic in this land, a spirit of the Wild West, where free expression reigns surpreme.
They went in and created a true studio album with layers of sound and intensely beautiful tonal qualities.
Coupled with Key's rich songs the final product is truly one of the best albums ever recorded. One of those albums that stands the test of time.
It is a musical treat from begining to end. It breaks all the rules allowing a journey that once you begin you will stay with it 'til the end.
