Album Notes

Female a cappella has never sounded so good! Nominees for three Just Plain Folks Music Awards in the categories of “A Cappella Performance,” "A Cappella Album" and “Cover Song,” Key of She opened for Ray Charles, appeared on The Jane Pauley Show, and sing some mean 'n' lean charts of great cover tunes. They more than justify their New York Regional Harmony Sweepstakes "Audience Favorite" win.

The ladies' second CD is a re-interpretation of everything from great old standards to '60s through '90s pop, rock, and country hits. The music is lively, fun, often humorous, and addictive. Produced by Rockapella’s Jeff Thacher, the album is also technically superb, and it doesn't hurt that Jeff is a world-class beatmaster who held the ladies to high standards.
