Deeply influenced by Curtis Mayfield, Bob Marley, Traffic, and Jimi Hendrix, Karlus Trapp blends genres in a style that is powerful, pure, and distinctly his own. Kahoro wa Kibochi was born at Kenyatta Estate in Nairobi, Kenya. He learned the Luo language from childhood friends and other young playmates. He is now a Kikuyu-American. He resides in New York City. He is a music student of Karlus.
