Album Notes

Kiddus I is a historic figure in reggae music. His music and likeness were a central part of the reggae cult classic soundtrack album and film Rockers. His song "Graduation In Zion" is part of the film footage, as Kiddus I is shown recording in the studio. He is also a part of the cast in the documentary film: Natural Mystic Reggae- A Jamaican Walk. His new album, Green Fa Life, invites you to “tune in” for a more sophisticated, wiser side of Kiddus I. Recorded at the home of Earl “Chinna” Smith between August, 2006 and August, 2008, it delivers a fresh, classy vibe and style to modern roots reggae music. Also featuring all-star musicians Robbie Lyn, Leroy “Horsemouth” Wallace, Egbert “Eggie” Evans, and Stephen Stewart.

Best reggae CD !
author: Joe Merrill
Kiddus has done a magnificent job on this CD. Different strokes is haunting. War is a great groove , Her Own woman should be a woman's movement anthem. In fact almost every song on this CD is special and should be listened to several times to really appreciate them. His vocals , instruments, background vocals, and the lyrics are all excellent. I love this CD and hope Kiddus comes on tour to Germany.
