"Ms. Taylor's distinctive vocals combine Madeleine Peyroux's understated Billie Holiday heartbreak with Natalie Merchant's free-spirited earth-mother pop. . . an elegantly assured collection that stands among the year's best."
- Larry Nager, The Cincinnati Enquirer

"The elegant grace of Emmylou Harris, the fluid sensuality of Rickie Lee Jones and Karin Bergquist and the playfulness of Abra Moore".
- Les Reynolds, Indie-Music.com

"Taylor's voice reflects everything that's good about the angels."
-Jake Speed, singer-songwriter, 2001 Cincinnati Entertainment Award Winner for best Folk/Bluegrass artist.

"If you think the world already has enough singer-songwriters, keep the jury out until you have a chance to hear Kim Taylor. With her fresh voice and an armload of firstborn songs, she's going about the business of reminding us all why we loved music in the first place."
-Linford Detweiler and Karin Bergquist of Over the Rhine

" . . . pure bliss." -Shannon Blalack, Step Out Productions, Cincinnati, Ohio

I'm addicted to Kim Taylor
author: rozanne
I'm a fan of Over The Rhine and was introduced to Kim Taylor when she opened for Over The Rhine. I've seen her live several times since (have never been disappointed), and have exhausted her CDs. I'm addicted to it! Her voice is so rich and has so many layers, that a new nuance strikes you every time you listen to a song. I can't wait for her next album. I need it. Hurry!!

wow -dreamy and perfect
author: Alanna
Kim Taylors voice is so dreamy...the word ease would describe it. Its like she opens her mouth and songs just fly out like little birds, swooping low and flying high...its like she was meant to sing and never talk... AND-the cool thing about this cd is that all the songs are different-which to me describes talent and diversity. I would love to share this cd with so many people, its cheerful, soulful, sleepy and beautiful all at once.

Jaded No More

Nothing is perfect, The music industry proves it on a daily basis with the fluff it puts out. No talents making cds left and right. Kim Taylor has a pure and amazing voice, her lyrics makes me want to listen to the cd all the time. A rare Jewel, Good luck.
