'High Street' this ain't, 'independent' it is. King Kool is a kicking breed of rock. Just two personnel make up KK and produce a big fat sonic akin to all their heroes, Pixies, Blues Explosion, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Stooges, Queens of the Stone Age to boot. Formed in July 05, by September 05, 12 tracks had been recorded and in true 'get on' spirit 'Roken' was birthed. KK fan Kevin Borras says... King Kool's debut album is a dirty, grungy, bluesy, bombastic guitar, drums and no bass assault on the senses.
