Album Notes
King Kooper is the bandname for a group formed around Jan Kooper, an Amsterdam based saxplayer formerly bandleader for bands as Coopertest and Sister Sledge. Besides working for top dutch acts as Doe Maar, Nick & Simon and Ben Saunders he felt like doing more!

In june 2010 he travelled with his good friends and colleagues Arnold van Dongen; Anthony Snijders; Paddy van Rijswijk and Mark Stoop to an amazingly beautiful protected area called 'Sierra de las Villas' in Spain, where they recorded this great semi live album.
The album was recorded and mixed by Jonas Filtenborg.
Because it was recorded at a beautiful farm one hour and a half driving from the nearest store it was an amazing experience. We brought our own gear (laptop, pre amps and mics) and made it a real 'guerilla recording'. No internet, even no mobile phone could disturb us in this superb Natural Parc in Spain.
Hope yoy enjoy listening to the result.
