Hapa-Holiday!
author: Joe Moe
I would adore this CD even if I hadn't had the privilege of singing on a couple of tracks. Growing up in a show-biz family in Hawaii in the 1960's, the mingling of Hawaiian and pop-cultures was in full swing. These hapa-haole-holiday songs harken back to that naive time when Polynesian exotica was making its mark on the imagination of America and the world! Everyone dreamt of spending their winter in the Waikiki sun, sipping Mai Tais under swaying palm trees. Download a copy for home or office fun and buy a couple of hard-copies for gift-giving! I did.
