RED LIGHTS is the new album from Austin based singer/songwriter King Orba, follow-up to the musicians 2003 release titled, HALF MAST. It contains twelve tracks, an interesting blend of tunes, including an overture and is adorn by cool artwork. It's quite the achievement in the frontiers of independent music. The entire experience seems to wind as an effortless stream through new territories, new horizons in what some consider today, the true indie music scene. Especially in the Rock genre.     Ranges from quirky instrumentals to earthy slice-of-life Americana songs. One of the better albums I've heard in the indie world, interesting, soulful and clever with perfectly pitched production. Just buy this instead of some mediocrity from the corporations.

    This album is what i would call a phenomenal representation of life. The music on this album just gets your soul rolling. I would say my favorite track would be "Conclusions." It has turned into one of my favorite all time songs. Album's that take your life by storm are hard to come by, but here one is, so don't miss it.

    WOW!!! This album blows me away from start to finish every time!!! The seemingly effortless but clever lyrics put me in a blissfully reflective mood. The music is dreamy and poignant sometimes rockin' in a tasteful manner. And the voice my god! It's been such a long time since I've heard a really good distinctive, strong but unpretentious vocalist, what a relief!! This man is Definately full of heart and you can feel it..I'm touched. This album is such a pleasure that I have yet to take it out of my cd player and when friends come over and I'm listening to this album without fail..."Who is this?" and it's all about King Orba from then on. It's an amazing thing! Ever since I got this album it's been all about turning people on to this music. And I don't rave about just anything. This is a definite must have. I could go on and on and on....But for now, King Orba you rock my world!!! Thank You.
