Richard King is a singer/songwriter/poet who has been described as: "The heart with a voice and the voice with a heart." He has a searing sensitivity and warm, easy-listening style. King composes country, ballad and spiritual music. His performances are mixtures of original music, popular hits, poetry, characterizations, dramatizations of famous literary works and monologues.

Richard King's first album of original songs is ECHOES FROM THE HEART, a collection of love ballads, folk, spiritual and patriotic tunes.

King's interpretation and dramatizations of famous literary works using a variety of characters and dialects is represented in his spoken arts CD, PRICELESS POETRY & PROSE, Volume I.
