Album Notes

King's Row is a studio writing and recording project based in Fulton, MO. Heavily influenced by bands like Rush, Kansas, and Styx, they have a strong basis in classic and progressive rock. Add to that some more modern influences such as Dream Theater, King's X, Porcupine Tree, and Spock's Beard, and you get a combination of music that is heavy, energetic, and interesting to listen to. "Unbroken" delves deeper into the progressive side than previous efforts with several songs clocking in at 8-10 minutes long, but their straightforward hard rock roots are not left behind. Building from the previous album "Transition", the entire album is an ecclectic mix of blues, acoustic rock, heavy metal, and progressive metal while still staying within an overall hard rock sound.
