ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"The songs, arrangements and you!. Great fretless sound and concept." (Mark Eagan)

"Concept of the album is very unique and even innovative among the other bassist's solo works. Simulation of bass duo manipulating MIDI and V-Bass successfully create whole new ensemble style." (E-Bass Crazy)

"Born and raised in the land of the rising sun, Nob Kinukawa, a native Japanese bassist, first came to the United States in 1986 ... His unique style of 6 string bass enhanced by the endless possibilities of a mounted MIDI device brought him to New York City, where he became one of the busiest session players/producers since 1994, working internationally with Gary Chaffee, Laco Deczi, Kenny Drew, Jr., Walter Fischbacher, George Garzone, Mick Goodrick, Hiro Honshuku, Cheikh Mbaye, Wolfgang Muthspiel, Dave Weckl, Jasmin Williams. David Wright and others." (ethnifusion.com)

"Nob Kinukawa is one of the pre-eminent 6 String midi bass players around today." (Dave Wright)
