Album Notes

"Inversions" represents Adam Kittle's latest public offering in the new age genre, and is a very strong followup to the well received 1993 "Old World; New Age" release.

Having developed his own methods of composition over the last 15 years, "Inversions" is a blend of rock, orchestral, electronic, jazz and new age influences. The dynamics within the recordings reflect his unique style of playing and production technique, and Adam Kittle has been compared to the likes of Philip Glass, Michael Gettel, Tangarine Dream, and even Pink Floyd in his musical works.

Instead of the typical mild and unobtrusive mainstream new age sound, "Inversions" packs an attitude and contains very emotional and explosive moments. The music is trademarked by Adam Kittle's unique melody lines, colorful background textures, and heavy electronic drums.

"Inversions" presents some of Adam Kittle's best work to date, and contains nearly 50 minutes of original material. This album is a must-have for anyone into synthesizer-generated music.

REVIEWS

Songwriting fireworks!
author: Darrell Burgan
This is a collection of Adam's older works, so if you're looking for his newer classics you'll need to keep waiting, but in the meantime this is a fantastic collection of electronic new age songs, written by a master songwriter. Adam Kittle is old school. What do I mean? He comes from a time when a song actually had this thing called 'melody' in it; a time when a song was composed, not produced. Adam's attention to songwriting detail is evident throughout this album. Highly recommended for everyone!
