Composed of Loney Hutchins on keyboards and vocals, Seth Linker on guitar and vocals, Jannea Mcclure on drums and Paul Feldman on bass, Kick Me Kate released their self-titled LP in February 2000. It was recorded in a house on Hollywood Dr in Tallahassee FL in 1999.
The band had a couple brief stints on the West coast and went their seperate ways in early 2002.
They are now all traveling shoe sales people.

Do you like The Archies and Nirvana, but don't have a lot of time? Well, listen to this album and kill two birds with one stone! Kick Me Kate is pure 1960s bubblegum pop with 1990s crunching guitars and hooky synthesizers. The songs are catchy and quirky. Overall, a good album for riding in your car in summer with the windows down and the stereo blasting.
