Australian indie-pop, Knievel is Ken Stringfellow (of The Posies) backing band in Australia. Beautiful, imaginative pop for pop freaks and indie rock kids alike. A well-written, lyrically strong masterpiece of well-groomed pop music and expressive rock - not afraid to leave you with some important piece of the puzzle, a thought to ponder while the glorious hooks, captivating harmonies, and enchanting rhythms sweep over you before jumping into a dizzying rock spell.

Indie pop at its absolute finest
author: Robert Ciccotosto
This album is full of great songs, performed in such a way as to enhance the melodies. Sublime guitars and vocal harmonies dominate. Don't Explain is my favorite track, but all of them are excellent, with no filler. All in all, a terrific album.

Indie pop-rock ethic of self-searching themes and dynamic presentation on a disc
author: Pamela Rooney
From Australia by way of In Music We Trust, the popetteers of this band show their prowess for both performance and writing in this third release. The feel of the album is dimensional and far-reaching, as the spatial plane created by the shimmering guitars and genuinely apt expression of rhythm are complimented well by the plaintive vocals and lilting melodies. This CD gets high marks for clarity in even the most subtle of details, providing the listener room to relax and take in every single intricacy of the total form. If you can, be sure to catch their live show the next time they’re near you. It is one of the most enjoyable I’ve experienced so far this year.
