After three years of rowdy pub-style fun, and many trips through "Seven Drunken Nights,” the Knockabouts decided to do something extreme. We took a short trip down a long road, and climbed on the wagon. Of course, the results were disastrous. Without regular visits from the Knockabouts and their fun-loving fans, the Flagstaff, Az Pub scene was nearing bankruptcy. Sales of Guinness and Bushmills were at an all-time low. In a matter of days, the economic and social status of downtown Flagstaff was in dire straights...
What else could we do? After many (well, two) hard-fought days on the wagon, we knew we just couldn’t be responsible for that kind of loss to Celtic Music and the Local Pubs. And so, we bring you our second CD release, and, along with that, our promise: You can always count on the Knockabouts to be “Off the Wagon!”
