Rev. Kofi Labi is the Worship Pastor of Agape Life Ministries based in Laurel, Maryland. The church is a cell-based charismatic ministry with emphasis on winning the unchurched to the Lord and discipling them. Prior to this, he has been the Praise and Worship leader in Calvary Baptist Church, Accra -- Ghana, and also as a music director for a number of choirs and singing groups. This album is his sophomore album. The songs in this album are collection of songs that reflects his love for the Lord, prayers to the indispensable God, and a call to worship the incomparable Christ.
The title of this album “Kokromotie Nyame” which means “The Indispensable God.” Kokromotie is an Akan word for a thumb. A thumb is a very indispensable part among our fingers, without it we cannot untie a knot. To describe God as a thumb, we are in essence saying we cannot without do him and that it is impossible to dispense with Him.
