KORDAZE started out in a small coastal town called Knysna, South Africa. They have been described by some as a fusion of bands like Snow Patrol, Coldplay, Better Than Ezra, Dave Matthews Band and Crowded House with shadows of the vocal styles of James Taylor, Bruce Hornsby, Paul Simon and Neil Young.
Sometimes rough & edgy, sometimes gentle & empathetic each Kordaze song tells an intimate story.

This album is immense. Lyrically beautiful and very touching. The artists lyrics make the listener empathize directly with him, the lyrics place the listener in the writers shoes. All tracks incorporate hardships and happiness in life, both an optimists view and the most cynical of outlooks. This contrast and diversity between each track gives the album a unique vibe and captivates the listener. With the simple but alluring melody's this album creates the perfect soundtrack to day dream the day away.
