Based in NYC, KRISSTEEN is an eclectic alternative band along the lines of Smashing Pumpkins. Their material goes from mellow & melodic to angry & self-destructive. KRISSTEEN currently has two full length discs available on Poptown Records, their self-titled debut and the rockin' follow-up entitled "Purified By Pain". Both albums have received acclaim in the indie press and the band continues to get praise for their high energy live performances.
