"Robertson performs her songs with a confident and sometimes girlishly sly delivery, and effectively uses her voice to shift the mood through much of the CD; from the snappy pop of "Sound" and "I Like It Like That", to the dream-like pondering of "Under Venus", the bizarre, take your chances of "Masquerade" and the introspective "The Final Cut (Superman)"."
- Kevin Zarnett (The Muse's Muse)
"This record is lovely and assured."
- The Ectophiles' Guide to Good Music
"Looks like we’ve got another tragic/beauty on our hands."
- Jaclyn Arndt (Soul Shine Magazine)
"These songs are melodic and slightly theatrical. They are very well written and performed. Robertson's voice is girlish at times and sexy kitten purr-ish at others. But always right on, and always a fantastic match for the genre ... This is a great record."

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention her strong similarity to early Sarah Slean. There's a touch of Jill Tracy here as well.
If you like piano pop that borders on theatrical cabaret you must check this out. (click above link for full review)

captured me during the first track
author: Joanne Elizabeth
I really connected with the lyrics of "Sound" the first time I heard it. That is something that happens very rarely for me. "Under Venus" is a gorgeous piano ballad that makes me close my eyes and remember where I come from.

This is a clean and well-recorded cd that shows pianos are not just for classical and jazz. There is a wide mix of instuments, voices and arrangement styles. You have to listen to believe!
